Want to suggest an album for me to review? Well, now you can, for just $5. It’ll get posted on Facebook, the Albums For Eternity blog, and here on Bottle’s Blog. Anything goes, as long as it’s an actual album (no playlists or singles or unreviewable nonsense). I reserve the right to refund your money if I deem it trolling or garbage, and also if i can’t actually go listen to it.
Who does that help? Well, if you’re a band who wants a completely honest review from a random stranger who will literally listen to anything once, then you will not be at all disappointed. Maybe you just like unfiltered reviews that take listening to albums, as opposed to audience pandering, serious for a change. Maybe you just have more money than you know what to do with. Doesn’t really matter, you can do whatever you want with it after it’s done, and I can use your $5 to pay some bills around the bunker. Win, win, in my book. Not really any different than running a Patreon page, except you’re supporting me directly instead of paying Patreon to pay me. Feel free to give me specific instructions or tell me not to mention whatever embarrassing thing shows up in my preliminary google search. My reviews are pretty much always positive unless you’re obviously trying to be unlikable in some way, thought provoking at the very least.
