Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final and we do not accept returns on any usable merchandise. Sell it, give it as a gift, or leave it on your shelf until it appreciates in value and you start your own record store. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us via email for further investigation and refund. Packages returned to us as undeliverable, whether rejected by recipient at time of delivery or due to unforeseen circumstances, will be refunded as quickly as possible.

Please take photos of any damaged boxes or faulty records before contacting us for a refund. Bottle’s Music is not responsible for minor defects in the manufacturing process that do not affect playability.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
